Cavalli Estate kicks off a series of themed dinners created around a seasonal menu and elegantly paired Cavalli wines.
The Winemaker’s Dinner Series celebrates the exceptional produce of the Helderberg’s rich soil. It will showcase the quality of wine we can make and the award-winning menus we can create around it.
Join Winemaker Craig Barnard as he explores the terroir of the Golden Triangle, famously known for its vibrant Chenin Blanc and superior Cabernets.
Experience a tutored tasting followed by a curated six-course dinner inspired by the finest local fare as we showcase Cavalli wines of origin Stellenbosch. We will be pairing Cavalli wines with summer dishes from Chef Lucas’ seasonal menu.
