Our Cavalli terroir lends itself to elegantly crafted wines, with head winemaker, Malie McGregor, celebrating the pure fruit that has earned the Stellenbosch winelands region the moniker of ‘the golden triangle’.

With notes of lime, orange and nectarine underpinning a uniquely tropical layer of pineapple and mango, this well integrated wine shows delicate spice, complimented by stronger notes of lime.  The buttery brioche adds to the body, creating a multi-layered Chardonnay that is both complex, fresh and incredibly enjoyable.
