PICNICS
Cavalli welcomes families on the lawn of their beautifully manicured garden and invites them to indulge in their limited gourmet picnics, overlooking the vineyards and Helderberg mountain range.
A limited number of picnics are available with 24-hour prior booking required.
All picnic bookings are subject to weather conditions. Should rain be expected, you have the option to reschedule (if cancelled by 17:00 the previous day) or collect your basket to enjoy as a takeaway.

An exclusive, once-daily experience combining a private stable visit with a picnic for two. Enjoy a guided tour, meet Starman, and a hands-on interaction before relaxing with a picnic and a bottle of Cavalli wine.

CAPE TOWN HELICOPTERS
HELICOPTER WINE SAFARI
The Cavalli Cape Town Helicopters flight package includes a private helicopter flight to and from Cavalli Wine Estate and a half-day experience at Cavalli to enjoy wine tasting and or pairing, shopping, and lunch.
Upon arrival with Cape Town Helicopters, you can enjoy a diversity of activities ranging from wine tasting, take a tour of the contemporary art gallery or browse and shop at the luxury boutique or take a tour of the stables.
Booking Lead Time
Bookings for the Cavalli Wine Safari, require bookings with a minimum lead time of 72 hours to obtain landing permissions from the Cavalli premises.

Ground Time: Spend approximately 2,5 to 3 hours at Cavalli
Total Winelands Flight Experience: 3-4 hours in total
* Cape Town Helicopters reserves the right to bring the helicopter back to base if operationally required and we will then perform the collection from Cavalli at an appointed time.

PONY RIDES AT CAVALLI ESTATE
Meet Mr. Galahad, our gentle resident pony who loves nothing more than introducing little ones to the joy of horse riding. Under the calm guidance of our experienced handlers, children can enjoy a peaceful trot through the estate’s scenic surrounds — a memorable first encounter with these magnificent animals.
