How does the Wine Club subscription work?
Our Wine Club operates on a bi-annual (twice-a-year) subscription model. Every 6 months, you’ll receive a curated selection of Cavalli wines based on your preferences.

When will I receive my next wine shipment?
Shipments are processed every 6 months. Two weeks before your next billing date, you’ll receive an automated reminder email inviting you to choose your wines. If no selection is made, our system will allocate a curated selection for you.

When is payment collected?
Payment is automatically charged to the card saved on your profile on the day your shipment is processed.

Can I change the wines in my shipment?
Yes — when you receive your reminder email, you’ll be able to log in and customise your selection.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. If you wish to pause or cancel your Wine Club membership, simply contact us and we’ll assist: marketing@cavalliestate.com
